Convert Microsoft word document to pdf format





Documents in PDF format is now the widely used format for important letters and resumes
 as it allow users to view regardless of the word processor used as it prevents formatting error,

Steps to convert Microsoft word to pdf

1. Double click on the document to be converted to open

2. Click on "File" tab (located around the top
around the top left coner)

3. Click on "Save as"

4. Type the name of file in the "file name" space

5. This is the most important steps, in the "save as file type" click on the drop down arrow and click on "pdf"

6. Finally click on "Publish" to finalize it

You have just coverted your documents to pdf.
